My top 3 Locations for a Photoshoot Near Laguna Beach
If you’re in the mood for a beach session, you’re in the right place. I’m gonna share my top 3 locations near Laguna Beach. Each of them are unique and beautiful in their own way, so it can be hard to choose. But I’ll share some details on each of them that will hopefully help you decide which will be best for you!
This first location is one of the easiest to access! It’s called Shaw’s Cove, and you just park in a neighborhood and walk down some steps to access it. The most unique part of this spot is the palm trees on the cliffs and the tower in the distance. This beach is pretty spacious and has a lot of variety, so it’s a great go-to location for a family photoshoot!
This next area is called Little Corona Del Mar. It’s technically in Newport Beach, and it has the prettiest rock formations. To access it, you park in a neighborhood and walk down a steep paved pathway.
Little Corona Del Mar is one of the smallest beaches on my list, which is great for a more intimate session. It really gives us time to focus in on connection and get more creative since there’s not a lot of space to get different scenery.
Last but not least - Victoria Beach is one of my favorite spots — because of the pirate tower. Unfortunatelyyy it is typically one of the most crowded beaches and it’s NOT the easiest to access. You have to park across a busy street, walk down a neighborhood, and then down some steps to access it. This location is definitely doable for an adventurous family but I would more commonly recommend it to couples, just because of the parking!
Whichever cove or beach you choose, you won’t be disappointed. Laguna has so much to offer, you really can’t go wrong with any of these gorgeous locations!
